We have prepared all levels of NEPA documents including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments/Findings of No Significant Impact (EA/FONSI), and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). We have also prepared joint CEQA/NEPA documents, including IS/EAs and EIR/EISs. Our work encompasses a wide range of projects on federal lands including recreation trails and visitor supporting facilities; water conveyance and appurtenances, and projects that have a federal nexus such as habitat conservation plans supporting incidental take permits for federally-listed animal species. Some of the federal agencies we’ve prepared documents for recently are the Bureau of Reclamation, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Caltrans/Federal Highway Administration.
